QUAMMERCEPRO WEBSITE INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how QuammercePro handles information collected through this website. For privacy questions, email support@QuammercePro.com.

Information you provide

Enquiry forms ask for your name, email, marketplace and project message. A public store link and preferred call times are optional. We use this information to reply, review the requested work and coordinate your enquiry. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, payment details or private customer records.

Contact messages

Form submissions are sent to our support email using the website’s email service. The theme does not create a separate enquiry database. Copies may remain in the support mailbox, email service and hosting logs. We keep enquiry correspondence only as needed to handle the request, maintain an appropriate business record and meet applicable obligations. Contact us about access, correction or deletion of your information.

Q Pro guide and optional AI

By default, the brand guide answers from public website information in your browser. Its conversation is held in page memory and is cleared when the page reloads. The theme does not save a chat transcript. If an AI connection is enabled, the chat identifies itself as an AI assistant and sends your messages and recent conversation to OpenAI through our server. It requests that responses are not stored as an application conversation; provider security and service retention may still apply. Avoid sharing confidential information.

Local storage and technical data

The guide may store a timestamp in your browser to remember that you dismissed its welcome invitation. This is not advertising tracking. The theme includes no advertising pixels, third-party analytics or marketing cookie scripts by default. WordPress, our host and any separately installed plugins may use necessary cookies or technical logs for administration, security and reliable delivery. Security rate limits use temporary hashed network identifiers.

Service providers and external links

Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver the website and enquiries. An enabled AI service or connected booking calendar processes the information you choose to send to it. External websites have their own policies. Information may be processed in countries where those providers operate.

Your choices

You may browse, download the workbook and use the default guide without submitting an enquiry. You may dismiss the invitation, clear browser storage or contact us about information you provided. We will review requests and applicable requirements before responding.

Policy updates

We update this page when the website’s data practices change. The website operator should check this policy whenever adding analytics, payment, CRM, booking or other services.
